I love that no two days in financial advice look the same. Every client brings their own unique story, and that's what makes this job fascinating.
The nuances of each situation, the different goals, the family dynamics at play - solving problems and showing clients options they didn't know were possible has kept me genuinely excited to come to work since I started in the industry in 2011.
I love seeing that moment when a client suddenly gets how a strategy could work for them. Even better is seeing those strategies play out - like recently helping clients make their dream move to Spain. That's when you know you're making a real difference.
I've got the travel bug bad - I've explored over 60 countries so far and I'm always plotting the next adventure. Usually with a good beer in hand.
Rugby and cricket keep me entertained when I'm home, though nothing beats getting out there and being active with the family.
I believe in living a full, adventurous, fun life - whether that's halfway across the world or right here in our backyard.
