Troy Scott
Director & Financial Adviser
Starting out in 2009 in the financial services industry just after the GFC, Troy understands his clients’ needs and aims to ensure they lead a financially successful life. He ensures that they can do what they do best in their own profession knowing they have a team behind them taking care of their personal finances.
Troy grew up on the Central Coast of New South Wales and now calls Brisbane home. Troy loves to travel and explore new places but also make the most of the local treasures closer to home. Mooloolaba beach is a favourite place to visit. Time with family is cherished and his three nephews, Harry, Hugo, and Beau never fail to bring joy and laughter to his day.
Troy is passionate about golf and can be found at Nudgee Golf Club most Saturday mornings.

Ben Buchanan
Director & Financial Adviser
Ben understands that everyone’s journey is different and has experienced this firsthand since joining the industry in 2011.
With a passion to understand, he focuses on discovering what’s important to his client’s now as well as in the future, providing value and direction in working towards their objectives. Ben enjoys taking complex strategies and making them easy to understand. By looking at things with a broader lens and thinking outside of the box, he is always striving to deliver the best outcomes for his clients.
To Ben, ensuring that he is at the forefront of changes within the financial planning industry is a must. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting, Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and SMSF Accreditation. He is constantly learning, training, and developing to ensure that you will receive the most relevant and up-to-date information.
Ben is also passionate about creating and navigating his own personal journey. Whether it’s being active in the outdoors with his family, watching the rugby or cricket, or exploring a part of the world he hasn’t been to yet, Ben believes in living a full, adventurous, and happy life.
Sydney Fleming
Client services manager
Sydney has been in the industry since 2016 and has a Bachelor of Commerce.
Sydney’s role is to ensure each and every one of our clients is well looked after, their queries and administration needs are attended to. As part of her client services role Sydney is responsible for ongoing process reviews to ensure we are delivering the best advice to our clients.
Originally from Sydney (the place), growing up in England, she moved to Brisbane and has been in the financial services industry since 2016 and has built an exceptional reputation.
Sydney enjoys 4WD and camping with her husband Nic, and dog Benji. She has a love of cruising and travel in general.
Jessica Small
Client services
Jessica is a member of our client services team and has been in the industry since 2020. She has a Bachelor of Business with a financial planning major and has completed her Professional Year. Jessica’s favourite part of her role is forming great relationships with clients. She understands that the client experience is everything.
Originally from the Gold Coast, Jessica and her partner love the Brisbane lifestyle. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys staying healthy by attending Pilates classes, reading books and finding a use for her pop culture knowledge at weekly trivia.
Ysabela Santos
Paraplanner
Ysabela is our technical advice writer and works alongside our advisers to ensure the advice documents we provide remain compliant, accurate and recommendations are in our client's best interest. She is originally from the tropical islands of the Philippines and moved to Australia in 2022. She is loving the sunny climate and laidback life in Brisbane (reminds her of home).
With a Bachelor of Accounting and a background in management accounting, the pandemic in 2020 provided an opportunity for her to enter the Australian Financial Services industry initially starting as an outsourced Paraplanner and since then has developed a keen interest and passion for providing quality financial advice.
In her spare time, Ysa enjoys reading, writing and the strategy work involved in her role. Ysa is wife to chef, Marcelo, and in their spare time, they love to cook (obviously), go for long walks, visit local cafes & parks, and go to karaoke with friends!
