Sydney Fleming.
Client Services Manager | Partner
BCom, DipFP, CDec
I'm all about making sure our clients get the best possible experience. Since joining the financial services industry in 2016, I've found my groove in making everything run like clockwork - from looking after client needs to fine-tuning our processes.
I'm super goal oriented - whether they're my personal goals, company goals, or client goals. Seeing people succeed energizes me and reminds me why our work matters so much.
I've moved around a bit - born in Sydney (the place), grew up in England, tested out Melbourne, and now I'm loving life in Brisbane.
Outside office hours, you'll find me 4WD-ing and camping with my husband Nic and our dog Benji, or heading to the beach.
I like to give back where I can too - I'm a regular plasma donor and supporter of various charities (though I'll admit, I'm a bit of a soft touch for those charity workers in shopping centres!).

If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive who would it be? Why?
All my grandparents – they all died (except 1) when I was young so would be cool to get to know them & hear their stories.
What's your favourite quote?
"Everything happens for a reason".
What was your first job and what did it teach you?
Kmart – taught me a lot, from how to properly fold & hang clothes, how NOT to use the sharp tools (lost tip of finger), to working under pressure (staff shortages lol) – multi-multi-tasking (doing literally 50 things at once), managing my time and most importantly, taught me the value of money (if I want to buy this, it’ll take me x hours to pay for it).
What book changed your perspective on money or life?
A book didn’t change my perspective on money, but I listen to podcasts and watch YouTube videos in relation to personal finance. The biggest one that changed my perspective was Caleb Hammer. It is American based but same principles apply.
What’s your go to karaoke song?
Super Bass – Nikki Minaj.
If you could live in any city in the world for a year, where would it be and why?
New York – seems like a vibe.
